Madu is a Chartered Accountant and an Akintola Williams award winning accounting graduate with good accounting and financial control experience and a unique mix of skills spanning over 24 years. He started his career in audit and management consulting working with the firm of Uba Umeevuruo and Co., Chartered Accountants and later worked for several multinationals in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) where he rose to the level of Deputy General Manager before joining H. Pierson Associates as a Senior Consultant. At H. Pierson, Madu speedily climbed the ladder over a period of seven years to the position of Associate Director before leaving to set up Kulabech Associates Ltd.
Besides running Kulabech Associates Ltd, Madu also work as an Independent Consultant and Associate of Deloitte Consulting West Africa, IBFC Alliance Ltd and Workforce Management Centre in the areas of Strategy, Finance, Risk Management, Bank Credit Analysis, Structuring and Packaging; Human Resources Management, Marketing, Sales and Relationship Management Consultancy Services as well as Capacity Building.
Madu is best described as Mr. Versatile having experience that traverse the areas of Marketing and Relationship Management, business management, accounting and financial control, treasury management, system analysis and design, strategy development and implementation, project management, budgeting and budgetary control, knowledge and information management, brand management and creative thinking, Enterprise Resource Planning, human resources management, Mergers and Acquisition Advisory, Corporate transformation and process re-engineering.
