Our Capacity Building Practice (Training) offer services as follows:

- Fully packaged in-plant programmes as well as
- Open programmes. The open programmes run throughout the year following a well developed calendar.
Our training programmes (whether in-plant or open) cut across four different areas as shown below and we adopt Dr. Kirk Patrick’s training assessment methodology as well as full Harvard case based participants-engage delivery methodology.
Our faculty is made up of seasoned and tested professionals who are still practising in their various fields. Each of our core area is headed by a Lead Faculty who ensures the re-training of other faculty members in a continuous and systematic way to ensure that they have thorough knowledge of contemporary issues in their respective fields.
