He is a founding member and Executive Director of Kulabech Associates Limited. He is a leading training faculty having participated in several training programs. He has facilitated training programs in Basic Accounting, Basic Credit, Financial Statement Analysis, and Intermediate credit for several banks and other organisations. He is actively involved in almost all projects executed by Kulabech Associates Limited since inception including refocusing/restructuring of over 20 organisations, field research for Cross Rivers State and John Holt Plc; HR consulting, recruitment and capacity building as well as tax audit and recovery where he coordinated activities as (TAMA) for Ogun State Internal Revenue Service and Assistant Coordinator for stamp duty recovery for Federal Government of Nigeria through Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
He is also participating in loan recovery activity for a bank for the company. He has his professional training with Olatunde Ayoola and Co Chartered Accountants. He also facilitates H. Pierson Associates Limited, an international consulting firm for the financial services industry, and a partner with C.O. Obisesan and Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultancy.
He later worked as an Accountant at Harriman and Co Chartered Surveyors and Estate Company, FGS Limited, Sapele, Delta State, a rubber manufacturing Company, and later joined Marine Factors Nigeria Limited and Sea-wave Marine Limited, Apapa, Lagos as Financial Controller/Marketing Director. He holds a BSC in Accounting from Babcock University, and an MBA from the University of Ado–Ekiti.
An Associate member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).
