Adesola has over twelve years of professional working experience. He trained with W. A. Kareem & Co (Chartered Accountants), Lawrence Akinwole & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Akintola Williams Deloitte, making him a thoroughbred accountant with both local and international experience. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. He has handled important and critical assignments in statutory audit, taxation and management consultancy.
He was extensively involved in transaction structuring for tax purposes, tax advisory, tax health checks and provision of tax compliance services to various multinationals. Adesola also worked with Samsung Electronics West Africa Ltd and Bristow Helicopters Nigeria Limited, as a tax expert and a management accountant respectively, before joining Kulabech Associates as a Senior Associate Consultant.
Adesola is a graduate of Accounting from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State. He also holds a Higher National Diploma in accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State. An Associate (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate (ACTI) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and an Associate Accounting Technician-West African, of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN-AAT). Adesola is also a full member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria and a scholarly lecturer in ICAN Lecture Centres, with years of experience graced with noteworthy success record of ICAN students. Adesola is a regular facilitator in Success Summit for ICAN Students and is a Licenced Practising Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Licence Tax Practitioner by The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
